The SV Insurance Company Baden-Württemberg employs more than 3000 people. Upon moving into a new headquarters in central Stuttgart, the acceptance of the employees for the new space was cautious. The mistrust towards the big offices was immense. United Ideas developed an interactive tool for the company's Intranet. Colleagues needing to share an office together could check out the optimal "colony variant" in a playful manner.
