THE WAY TO AUTHORITY

Stuttgart has four revenue offices located in a very large historic building complex. How do visitors find the right partner responsible for their requests? The right direction from the subway stop, the right entrance, the right floor, the right hallway, the right room. Wrong decisions mean detours, which cost time, and is something we wanted to avoid. An encouraging motivation for us was our own experiences on the way to authority.
